A Year and Some Change Later............(Pics Included)

Well, it's been 14 months since weight loss surgery and I feel great! I have not had any major problems or complications. I hope the pictures will inspire and/or motivate someone. I can't say thank you enough to those who have advised and helped me along the way. I don't post much but I read and listen to those who have been in this game for a minute. I appreciate all the guidance and support I receive from my OH/BAF community.

I still have lots of work to do but I'm happy with my progress so far.
